Cancellation Policy

Webologist strongly believes in assisting its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping those products.
  • No cancellation of orders can be placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Webologist marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Christmas, Easter, Pentecost, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • In case you feel that the product/service received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product/service. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer evinces that the quality of services delivered is not good. The matter should be reported within 5 days.
  • All amounts owed by the client to Webologist for services rendered or products sold prior to the verified cancellation date must be paid in full. There will be no prorating for partial months throughout the Agreement. Due to account security and privacy concerns, all billing related questions and cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email.
  • Cancellation requests will only be processed if made by the initial authorizing party and if received in writing. There will be no refunds of money for any cancellation requests made after 7 days from the date of order. For security and training purposes, all calls inbound and outbound through Webologist corporate offices are digitally recorded and the recordings form a part of the verbal contract between Webologist and the customer/client.
  • Any cancellations done after the cooling off period by the client, for any reason whatsoever, will lead to a full payment of the agreed price and immediate termination of the contract, until otherwise mutually agreed between Webologist and the client.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please put across the issue directly to the manufacturers.

Refund Policy

When a customer buys products/services from Webologist, the purchase is covered by a 30 days money-back guarantee. Your satisfaction with our service is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please apprise our customer care team about the same or send us an email at admin@webologist.biz, our management will look into the matter on mutual cooperation with the customer and try resolving your discontent if found. However, if we are unable to resolve, we may issue a partial or even full refund depending on the nature and reason of your discontent. Webologist is truly esteemed when it comes to its reputation and has thousands of satisfied clients worldwide. We at Webologist firmly believe and practice that money is just a by-product. Hence, we can afford to back our services and credibility with this special guarantee. To request a refund, simply contact Webologist customer support team with your contact details within 90 days of availing services or purchasing products. Please include your order/invoice number (sent to you via email after placing order) and optionally please tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of services delivered. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and provided knowledge base hosting services. Refunds are being processed within 25 working days period.
